Democratic incumbent Kathy Jennings has won reelection as Delaware’s attorney general, defeating Republican challenger David Graham.

Jennings, who has served as Delaware’s attorney general since 2019, previously worked as a prosecutor for the state.

During her time in office, her campaign website notes, Jennings has secured an 85% conviction rate for gun offenders. The site also touts that Jennings has “secured life sentences for pedophiles and for a daycare worker who suffocated a four month-old. She is fighting to strengthen laws against online predators to help keep children safe.”

Her Republican opponent, Graham, is a veteran of the Delaware National Guard and the U.S. Army, according to Ballotpedia.

Graham’s professional background includes working for the Delaware Department of Finance and serving as a certified public accountant.
